Literary Art
Roberto de Vicq de Cumptich, a former designer at Random House, has created interesting art out of letters of an authors' name. They're the most remarkable pictures I've seen of authors because at first you think you're looking at a line drawing of a particular author, like Joyce, and then you realize that the lines are actually artistic groupings of the letters, in a neat font, that make up the author's name.
